We are Launch It, a group of UK youth enterprise charities dedicated to supporting young creatives, hustlers & innovators wanting to start & grow a business.

Our mission is simple: to empower the next generation of business founders. With over 1 million young people in the UK currently not in education, employment or training, the need for real opportunity has never been more urgent and we believe entrepreneurship can be part of the solution.
We support young people aged 18 to 30 from underserved backgrounds to see business ownership as a genuine, sustainable path towards a better future not just a fallback, but a real career choice with real potential.
We help turn that potential into progress by providing affordable workspaces, hands-on skills training, expert mentorship, funding and the wider support young entrepreneurs need to start and grow a business.
We channel our resources into communities facing the greatest challenges, ensuring every young person regardless of background has an equal chance to build something of their own.
Launch It matters because the challenges facing young people today are real and sadly, growing. Right now in the UK, over a million young people are out of work, education or training, and social mobility remains one of the biggest barriers to opportunity. Where you come from still too often determines where you end up, and that’s something we have to change. That’s why I believe so strongly in Launch It. We don’t just support businesses, we unlock potential.
