For 25 years, Launch It has stood for one powerful belief: every young person, no matter their background, deserves the opportunity to thrive.
This month, we’re marking that milestone with a special evening: our 25th Anniversary Celebration! This event is bringing together Launch It-supported young founders through the years, trailblazing entrepreneurs, business leaders, and policymakers from across the UK; a chance to showcase the incredible impact of youth entrepreneurship, reflect on how far we’ve come, and look ahead to how we can support even more young people to build thriving businesses.
“This milestone is more than a celebration of time; it’s a celebration of over 12,000 young entrepreneurs who had the courage to dream big, overcome challenges, and build their own futures through business,” said Pat Shelley, CEO of Launch It. “As we look ahead, our commitment to youth entrepreneurship is stronger than ever. We’re focused on breaking down barriers and creating real opportunities for the next generation of business leaders to thrive.”
The evening to be hosted by communications expert and top business journalist, Naomi Kerbel, features a lively fireside chat, a thought-provoking panel discussion, and plenty of opportunities to hear first-hand from the young entrepreneurs we champion, including a mini-exhibit of their products and services.
At the heart of the celebration is the launch of our most ambitious campaign yet — a Crowdfunder to power the next 25 years of Launch It, giving more young people access to the tools, space, support, and belief they need to succeed in business.
