Launch It joins hands with Brent Council in regeneration efforts with newest enterprise centre.
“A characterless suburb”, “the loneliest village in London” and “the definition of nowhere place”—just some of the words writers, both native of the place and not, use to describe Neasden. However, with the town centre’s planned urban regeneration underway, we have high hopes that it won’t be long until these old, outdated reviews get a glowing update too.
As the Brent Council says, “Neasden Stations Growth Area (NSGA) will be a unique place where people choose to live, learn, work, and relax. Growth will accommodate new homes and jobs to meet future demands through industrial intensification and co-location with residential uses.”
For this reason and more, it couldn’t be any more perfect to be the next location for one of our most exciting enterprise centres to date: Launch It Neasden. Through a combination of co-working desks and individual business studios, this three-floor site located at Neasden Lane will be able to support young entrepreneurs to start or grow a business as well as members of the local community.

Over the years, we have committed to empowering young entrepreneurs to realize their business ambitions by providing them affordable workspaces as well as support through skills training and mentorship in a welcoming community. Now with the rise of hybrid work, we are taking it further by opening up our centre to those looking for convenient and flexible co-working spaces!
Located at the first floor of 60 Neasden Lane commercial building (4 minutes away from the Neasden underground), this modern, sustainable space offers work areas for as low as £12 for a single day hire or £180 monthly resident desk, VAT inclusive. Yes, you can enjoy all the joys of flexible working in this comfortable shared office unit. Not to mention, it’s simply more purposeful, since you get to be part of realizing our goals of making a difference in the lives of young people and the community.

KICKSTART OR BOOST A DREAM BUSINESS IN YOUR OWN PRIVATE STUDIO
Supporting bright young minds and their businesses, startup or otherwise, remains the core of what we do. That is why the rest of this site’s floors are dedicated to housing private studios that London’s future business moguls can use as incubators, offices or shops for their various businesses. As with other sites, an onsite enterprise manager will be there to provide them with the skills, training and support they need to succeed.
Different floor areas for different needs, the studio units have achieved EPC A (the highest rating in terms of energy efficiency). Best of all, they can be customised and personalised for the businesses’ needs. The rental model provides subsidised rent over a two-year period, starting at 50% of market rate, graduating to market rate by the end of the programme.
Julian Allen, Launch It Neasden enterprise manager, says: “My job is to make sure the young people we work with feel supported every step of the way. We want to be home for them; nurturing their dreams and ideas, guiding them through challenging times and in difficult circumstances to enable them to become better integrated members of their communities. Our hope is after the two-year programme, they feel empowered to thrive more and who knows even be mentors for the next generation of Launch It young entrepreneurs. SET UP YOUR NEW OFFICE IN THIS MOVE-IN-READY, SPACIOUS FLOOR
The 2nd floor of our Neasden centre has this whole 2235 sq. ft. floor space available to rent for businesses wanting a fresh start at a move-in-ready, built-for-business space. Similar to the private studios on the first floor, this space will house individual units that can be used for commercial purposes, either as a shop or an office. More updates on this soon!
